Role Overview We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused IT Support Analyst to join our growing team. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality technical support across the business, ensuring our systems, applications and infrastructure run smoothly to support our colleagues and clients. The successful candidate will act as a key point of contact between IT and the wider business, providing technical expertise, troubleshooting issues, supporting business applications and assisting with technology initiatives. Key ResponsibilitiesUser Support & Service Delivery • Provide 1st and 2nd line technical support to staff across the organisation. * Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and system issues * Manage incidents and service requests through the IT service desk, ensuring timely resolution. * Deliver desk-side, remote and telephone support to colleagues.Skills & ExperienceEssential, • Experience working in an IT Support or Service Desk role., • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems. * Experience supporting Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive). * Experience with Active Directory and user administration. * Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software and network issues. * Excellent communication and customer service skills.Desirable, • Experience supporting legal or professional services applications such as iManage, IntApp Time, BigHand, pdfDocs, or Intelliflo Office. * Experience with Citrix environments. * Exposure to automation tools or AI technologies such as Microsoft Copilot. * Experience supporting document management systems and workflow tools. * Experience assisting with IT projects or system implementations.Personal Attributes
