Strong assessment and clinical reasoning skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Commitment to continuous professional development and evidence-based practice. Desirable Skills & Experience: Experience in a specialist area such as respiratory, neurology, musculoskeletal, or elderly care. Postgraduate training or additional qualifications in relevant areas.
