We are committed to delivering high-quality products to the British public and our retail and food service customers, including major retailers like Aldi, Asda, Co-op, KFC, Lidl, Marks & Spencer, Morrison's, Sainsbury's, Tesco, and Waitrose. \n \n About the Role \n We're looking for an enthusiastic and curious Category & Insight Executive to join our UK Poultry team - an excellent opportunity for someone looking to begin their career in category management and consumer insights within food manufacturing. \n You'll gain hands-on experience across both customer-facing category work - visiting stores and monitoring new product launches - and insight work, analysing consumer panels and data sources to uncover what drives shopper choice. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn, grow, and shape your career path within a leading UK food manufacturer. \n \n Key Responsibilities \n\n • Support the Insight Manager with consumer data collection, surveys, polls, and message boards from our panel of consumers\n, • Analyse data from retailer sources to identify trends in volume, value, and shopper behaviour\n, • Support the Category team by visiting stores, monitoring new product launches, and tracking competitor activity\n, • Spot emerging food trends, particularly across social media and digital platforms, and share insights with the wider team\n, • Prepare reports and presentations in Excel and PowerPoint to share insights with key stakeholders across Sales, NPD, and Commercial teams\n\n \n About You \n You'll be naturally inquisitive, data-driven, and passionate about understanding what makes consumers tick.
