The successful candidate will be part of a team providing a great supported living environment within our communal and dispersed accommodation and in the community settings. You will provide personal welfare support and ensure that families are provided with a safe, supportive and welcoming environment along with practical, emotional and safety planning. A full Enhanced Disclosing and Barring Service check will be required for this post.
