Ensure that goods and services meet quality standards and customer expectations
Supervise, recruit, train, and evaluate staff performance
Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to optimise profitability
Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations, food hygiene, and legal standards
Analyse market trends and customer needs to guide purchasing and promotional decisions
Prepare and manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and control costs
