Sales Director Location: London Salary: £60,000 – £80,000 + Uncapped Commission Full-Time, Permanent Our client is a rapidly expanding provider of security and facilities solutions, delivering long-term strategies that support operational performance across a wide range of commercial environments. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an accomplished Sales Director with strong industry connections and a track record of securing large-scale contracts. The Role You will lead new business generation across key UK sectors, engaging confidently with senior decision-makers and presenting compelling solutions to meet complex operational needs. Key Responsibilities • Identify and secure new business within target sectors, • Utilise existing high-level relationships to develop qualified opportunities, • Lead senior sales discussions and manage long sales cycles, • Deliver commercially viable opportunities for final scoping, • Create and execute structured sales plans to exceed revenue goals, • Maintain a strong pipeline of active and previous prospects, • Clearly communicate the value of the client’s security and FM services, • Negotiate profitable, sustainable contracts, • Maintain accurate CRM reporting and forecasting, • Represent our client professionally at meetings and industry events What They’re Looking For • 6+ years B2B sales experience (10+ preferred), • Background in the UK security industry is beneficial, • Strong network across procurement, FM, estates or surveying, • Experience managing £500k+ contract values, • Excellent negotiation, commercial and presentation skills, • Highly organised with strong CRM discipline, • Ambitious, motivated and target-focused Desirable • Knowledge of SIA compliance and UK regulations - Preferred, • Experience handling tenders and formal procurement Why Join Our Client? • Senior position within a high-growth organisation, • Competitive salary + uncapped commission, • Clear route into senior commercial leadership, • Supportive, performance-driven culture, • Flexibility where appropriate Morgan Jones is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive environment and is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
