The successful candidate will have: • A background in planning/scheduling engineers or working within a Facilities Maintenance helpdesk., • The ability to take ownership of issues, use your initiative, and make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment., • Proficiency in using CAFM systems and standard office software., • Exceptional customer service skills and a professional telephone manner., • High attention to detail, essential for logging technical faults and meeting compliance standards.
