Store Operations Reconcile daily takings, manage cash handling, and report discrepancies. Manage daily rota planning and optimise staffing during peak periods. Maintain merchandising standards and ensure timely replenishment. Support omnichannel operations, including stock personalisation for E-commerce. Open and close the store as required. Qualifications & Experience Minimum 5 years experience managing a team in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
