JOB ROLE: Programme Manager - Immediate Start HOURS: Monday - Friday 37.5 hours SALARY: £40 - £50 per hour (DOE) DURATION: 3 months until end of July currently LOCATION: Burgess Hill - Car Driver Essential We're looking for an experienced Programme Manager to oversee key customer programs and ensure they run smoothly, profitably, and on time. You'll be the main point of contact for assigned customers, managing performance, finances, contracts, and continuous improvement. This role suits someone who enjoys working cross‑functionally, solving problems, and building long‑term customer relationships in a manufacturing or aerospace environment. Key Responsibilities Own the performance and profitability of assigned customer programs Manage KPIs such as revenue, margins, inventory, cash flow, and operational results Build and maintain strong, professional customer relationships Lead improvements to existing programs and help roll out new programs Ensure contracts are followed and manage any recoveries, remedies, or commitments Work closely with internal teams (Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, Sales) to deliver program goals Track and report program metrics, risks, and actions Resolve program issues and drive practical, innovative solutions Provide clear analysis, reporting, and lessons learned to support future planning Support and coach team members, encouraging collaboration and development Ensure actions are followed through and issues are closed outWhat We're Looking For Essential Experience 5-7 years' experience in program management, account management, or operations 1-3 years' experience leading or supervising others Strong analytical, organisational, and stakeholder management skillsPreferred Experience Experience in the aerospace, fasteners, or manufacturing industry Experience managing customer contracts and commercial performance Comfortable working with KPIs, reporting, and process improvement Next steps: Apply today, the client is looking for someone to interview and start immediately!
