The Operational Support Officer plays a crucial role in bridging Retail Mortgage Operations and Shawbrook Finance to ensure the timely release and application of funds for our customers. The successful candidate will manage completion and in-life customer service and support activities related to financial transactions ensuring an exceptional customer experience. The (Site) Contract Manager reporting in solid line to the Grid Solutions Regional Contract Management Leader and in dotted line to the Project Senior Contact Manager and in strict cooperation with the Site Project Team assumes responsibility for the contractual activities assigned to him/her and shall: • Provide systematic and efficient contract administration and management of the execution of contracts with subcontractors and suppliers maximizing financial and operational performance and minimizing risks., • Support in main contract administration and management.
