About Us: Swift Briting Solutions Ltd distributes a diverse range of products to Amazon, convenience stores, and independent retailers. We are expanding our network and seeking a Business Development Executive to help grow our partner base and increase our market reach. Purpose of the Role: To identify new business opportunities, develop strong relationships with retailers and suppliers, and drive the company’s growth across multiple sales channels. Key Responsibilities: • Identify and approach potential retail partners, suppliers and new clients., • Generate leads, conduct outreach, and manage incoming enquiries., • Maintain strong relationships with existing store owners and wholesale buyers., • Promote the company’s product portfolio to independent shops, convenience stores and category buyers., • Support the introduction of new product lines and negotiate deals with partners., • Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and competitive trends., • Experience in sales, business development or account management (1 year+ preferred)., • Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills., • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships., • Self-driven, target-oriented and confident in outreach and lead generation., • Experience in FMCG or distribution is an advantage.
