Resident Services Assistant – South East Region (Norwich) August Start ** Location: South East England – Norwich** ** Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time** ** Working Pattern: 5 out of 7 days, with shifts between 8:00–18:00 (minimum 1 Saturday per month)** ** Salary: Competitive + benefits** Reporting To: Resident Services Manager One Property Recruitment is proud to be representing a forward-thinking and values-led residential property operator in their search for a Resident Services Assistant to support their growing portfolio across the South East region. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving community engagement, supporting lettings activity, and maintaining high standards of service across a diverse portfolio. Responsibilities: Development and implementation of agreed strategies; supporting client’s business objectives Management of projects from concept through to delivery, always working to best practice Excellent understanding of digital platforms, with proven track record Devise and implement a marketing strategy designed to raise the agencies profile Creative and constructive contributions to meetings with a confidence to challenge Supporting team members and managing third party suppliers New business support from finding an opportunity, developing the tender, contributing to the creative process and presenting Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs Ensure that all marketing content and activities comply with regulatory requirements Manage and track all marketing related reporting Discusses business methods, products or services and targets customer group with employer or client in order to identify marketing requirements Establishes an appropriate quantitative and qualitative market research methodology and prepares proposals outlining programmes of work and details of costs Collates and interprets findings of market research and presents results to clients Discusses possible changes that need to be made in terms of design, price, packaging, promotion etc. in light of market research with appropriate departments Briefs advertising team on client requirements, monitors the progress of advertising campaigns and liaises with client on potential modifications. ** About you:** At least three years’ experience within the relevant field Excellent knowledge of website platforms, user experience, content management systems, SEO and PPC/AdWords strategies Strong experience of CRM with marketing providers, such as HubSpot Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously An excellent understanding of the digital industry Ability to build and maintain strong client and team relationships Confident communicator and presenter at all levels, with excellent interpersonal skills
