Ideal candidate: • This Head of Engagement & Fundraising role is ideal for an experienced fundraising and engagement manager with experience gained from the UK charity, social care or local community sector., • It is essential to be able to demonstrate leadership and team management skills along with a coaching and inclusive mindset., • You will have a proven track record of writing grants and securing investment from trusts, foundations and grant making bodies, • Having a breadth of marketing experience, it is essential to have a proven track record around digital marketing including social media, email marketing, online fundraising platforms and CRM, • You will be a natural communicator and relationship builder with the ability to engage and communicate with various levels of stakeholders including the local community, • You will have strong creative story telling skills to create compelling effective campaigns, • For the role it is essential to have a can do attitude and be someone who gets things done.
