Purpose of the Job: To provide administrative, recruiting, organisation and co-ordination support to the Managing Director and the contracted Brand Ambassadors. The Admin Recruiter must have: • A fun and outgoing personality, • The ability to deal with a diverse group of people, • Great organisational skills, • The ability to use their own initiative within a varied role, • An eye for detail and accuracy, • Drive to hit targets and be self motivated, • Excellent MS Office skills · Although a background in Sales or Recruitment is not essential it would however be an advantage as we know those in sales, love to chat! The role involves but may not be limited to: Recruitment: Recruitment process - active role, implementation, action and reporting • Placing and designing adverts, • Managing all recruitment calls and to maintain phone retention, • Confirmation of appointments, • Preparation of recruitment days, • Accurate record keeping of advertisements & recruitment tracking, • Monitor online blogs and social media, • Hosting recruitment calls Administration: Preparation of meeting hand-outs and documents Vetting procedure for new members of the sales team • Preparation, balancing and finalising daily and weekly sales reports, • Finalising Brand Ambassador earnings, • Upkeep all company procedures, • Inventory and stock control General: General office duties and running of the location • Reception duties - meeting and greeting of visitor, • Replenishing stationary supplies, • Upkeep and maintenance of office, • To uphold pride in your workplace and office, • Retrieval and research of information as and when requested·, • Photocopy, binding, filing and laminating when needed·, • Dealing with incoming and outgoing mail You are required to have a sound knowledge or ability of the following: Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook Time management skills • Diplomacy of problem solving, • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, • Ability to use initiative, • Ability to work under pressure, • Support & Training: If you are to be successful with the role training and support is provided., • This will be ongoing throughout your employment. Working Hours: 20 hours per week, normally Monday - Friday 09:00 – 13:00. We look forward to hearing from you!
