What we’re looking for You’re the kind of HR professional who can switch comfortably between a sensitive colleague conversation and a robust performance plan — and do both with confidence. Experience & capability • Proven HR generalist/manager experience (ideally hospitality, retail, leisure, or another fast-paced multi-site environment)., • Strong knowledge of employee relations, with the judgement to advise leaders decisively., • Confident coaching style — you don’t “do HR to people”; you enable managers to lead well., • Comfortable using HR systems and data to spot trends and drive improvements. Qualifications (ideal, not essential) • CIPD qualified (or working towards / equivalent experience).
