We are looking for a Marketing Associate who can help us strengthen our brand presence, engage our target market, and support our growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote the company’s products and services.
- Manage and grow the company’s social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Create engaging content including posts, visuals, and marketing materials.
- Assist in coordinating product photo shoots and ensuring brand consistency.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Support the planning and execution of events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
- Track and analyse marketing campaign performance to provide insights and suggestions for improvement.
- Collaborate with the sales and design teams to ensure marketing efforts align with business goals.
Qualifications and Skills - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in marketing or a similar role (experience in fashion or retail is an advantage).
- Good understanding of digital marketing and social media management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficient in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
