Drivers will generally work a 12 hour shift pattern including day/night shifts, but occasional extended hours and weekend hours may be necessary, especially around holidays. \n We remain focused on our clients’ needs and know that only with a professional team of HGV Drivers would we be able to achieve this goal. \n Benefits: \n\n • Salary: £41,600 (gross) / month + £25 night out allowance + extras night shift etc.\n, • 28 days paid holiday + company pension.\n, • Free on-site parking\n, • Paid parking on night out\n, • Hold a valid C+E license, Driver CPC Card (or DQC Card)\n, • Understand and comply to tachograph and driver hours regulations\n, • Minimum 6 months HGV 1 Driving Experience.\n, • Digital Tachograph card.\n, • Driver qualification card.\n, • Knowledge and understanding of the driving regulations in the UK.\n, • Clean Driving licence.\n, • Be flexible to work 60hr weeks\n, • Pass a background check (below) to the extend it is permitted by the applicable law\n, • Pass a standard drug and alcohol test (below) to the extend it is permitted by the applicable law\n, • Be able to speak & read English satisfactorily\n, • No more than a maximum of 6 penalty points in the Driver’s License (as well as no DD, DR or IN endorsements)\n, • Approved drivers consist of drivers with BGC results as “Meets Requirements” and drug and alcohol tests with negative results.\n, • 5 Days per Week Shifts (4 nights out)\n, • Perform Tramping work – Driving only from fulfilment centre to fulfilment centre\n, • Work variable shifts (12 hours shifts)\n, • 11hr Daily Rest on most days.\n, • Transport goods from station to station\n, • No loading / unloading expected, we will do that for you!\n, • Reliable and safe driving with careful handling of the vehicles and trailers\n, • Use route navigation apps and knowledge of area to deliver packages to warehouse on time\n, • Interact with stakeholders in a professional manner. i.e., possess a good attitude\n
