This Customer Liaison Officer position offers the opportunity to work across Yorkshire, supporting a large-scale retrofit and sustainability programme improving homes and energy efficiency across the region. You’ll play a key role in delivering resident-focused engagement, ensuring customers are fully informed, supported, and confident throughout the works being carried out in their homes. We’d love to hear from anyone with experience as a Customer Liaison Officer, Resident Liaison Officer, Tenant Engagement Officer, Housing Officer, or in a similar customer-facing role within housing, construction, or property services.
