As they continue to scale, they’re looking for driven Business Development Representatives to join their high-performing commercial finance team. This is a rare chance to get in early and help shape a fast-growing division. You’ll be working across a broad range of funding products and sectors, supported by warm leads, inbound enquiries, and a strong brand presence. What You’ll Be Doing: • Proactively engage with SME decision makers across the UK to generate new finance opportunities, • Leverage existing customer data and historic enquiries to create fresh leads, • Present tailored funding solutions across asset finance, business loans, merchant cash advances, refinance, and government-backed schemes, • Conduct financial assessments to match clients with suitable lenders, • Manage the full funding process from proposal through to drawdown, • Stay informed on lender products, underwriting criteria, and market conditions, • Identify cross-selling opportunities across other finance divisions, • Accurately log all activity and deal progress in the CRM, • Achieve personal revenue targets while contributing to team success What You’ll Need: • 2+ years’ experience in phone-based sales environment, • A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and closing deals, • A sharp commercial mindset and the ability to spot and convert opportunities, • Energy, drive, and the ambition to build a successful client portfolio What You’ll Get: • Uncapped commission structure, • Company pension scheme, • Enhanced holiday allowance + bank holidays, • Clear and structured career progression opportunities, • Dynamic and collaborative work environment with a strong sense of team culture, • Regular team-building activities, performance incentives, and seasonal celebrations
