Spare Parts Sales Manager Location: North England | Type: Full‑time Home-based - with occasional trips (2-3 per month) to the office in the north of England. We’re looking for a proactive, target‑driven Spare Parts Sales Manager to drive revenue growth through outbound sales, account re‑engagement, and strong pipeline management. Key Responsibilities • Generate new business through proactive outbound calling and lead follow‑up., • Re‑engage dormant/lapsed accounts and recover lost revenue., • Manage and grow key accounts via upselling and cross‑selling., • Deliver fast enquiry acknowledgement and accurate, high‑quality quotations., • Maintain strong CRM discipline with daily updates., • Collaborate with internal teams and attend customer visits/events. What We're Looking For • Proven B2B sales experience (parts/technical products ideal)., • Strong outbound sales background with a growth mindset., • Confident communicator with excellent negotiation skills., • Organised, resilient and motivated by achieving targets., • CRM‑savvy and comfortable managing a structured pipeline. Desirable • Experience in marine, power generation, oil & gas or similar sectors., • Knowledge of engines, turbochargers or mechanical components.
