Pre-Construction Manager Permanent Oxford (with London travel requirements) Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Pre-Construction Manager to oversee the planning and preparation phases of our commercial and laboratory construction projects. You will manage the investigator grant budget development, forecasting and negotiation on behalf of Greywolf. In addition, you will develop and oversee the in-house and outsourced site payment process, including managing site purchase orders.
