Here at Young Crisis Hub, we support young people during periods of crisis, in small, home based settings. Giving them all the support of a secure more clinical setting, in a homely residential environment. We specialise in solo placements for young people with complex needs, often subject to Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DoLS). These are not traditional 3–5 bed homes. This is highly individualised care. Together with strong leadership, you’ll create safe and calm environments where young people can genuinely stabilise and move forward. We’re looking for experienced Support Workers who want flexibility, but still want to do work that feels meaningful and well supported. The Role You’ll support young people in their day today life, helping them feel safe, settled and understood. This includes following care plans, supporting routines, spending time together in a normal home environment, and working through difficult moments in a safe, steady and respectful way.
