🌟 We’re Hiring: Deputy Manager – Ofsted Registered Children’s Residential Services 🌟 We are seeking a committed and motivated Deputy Manager to support the running of a three-bedded children’s residential home for young people aged 10–17 with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD) and mild learning disabilities (LD). This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a leadership role, make a lasting difference in children’s lives, and grow your career within a supportive and values-driven environment. ✨ About the Role: As Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day leadership of the home, working closely with the Registered Manager to ensure the delivery of safe, nurturing, and therapeutic care in line with Ofsted regulations and the Children’s Homes (England) Regulations 2015.
