Role Purpose In this role, you will manage and grow relationships with strategically important clients, focusing on renewal negotiations and long-term relationship management. As the main point of contact for designated clients, you will act as the overall relationship owner, ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and expansion opportunities. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining a client health status, executing account strategies, and leading renewal discussions to drive successful outcomes. You will collaborate with internal teams to deliver value across all JoinedUp by Beeline products and services, ensuring clients' needs are met while identifying opportunities for growth and contract renewals. This role reports to the Global Head of Operations. Responsibilities: • Own client relationships and ensure overall satisfaction and retention., • Lead contract renewals and negotiate terms to meet growth and revenue targets., • Establish and maintain strong, productive relationships with key client stakeholders., • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive long-term value and expansion., • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions and meet client needs., • Ensure SLAs are met and operational efficiencies are maintained., • Mediate client issues and provide timely resolutions., • Communicate account status and opportunities to leadership., • Achieve defined revenue and strategic targets for assigned accounts.
