    Are you a skilled communicator with a passion for sales? We are recruiting on behalf of an Ultrafast Scottish Full Fibre Broadband provider, delivering affordable internet to homes across Scotland. The areas we are looking to cover are: Far North Highlands – Thurso/Wick/Halkirk & Lybster – 1 person to join existing team North Highlands – Alness Region/Highlands North/Black Isle and Inverness region - 2 people to join existing team Highlands South – Cairngorms/Speyside/The Great Glen areas – 1 Person to join existing team What’s in It for You? Comprehensive training to set you up for success and support from a dedicated area manager. Competitive pay with generous commission as listed below: Basic Pay - £25k pa Car Allowance - £4.2k pa + 20ppm Holiday Allowance - Up to 32 days holidays (inc. Bank Holidays) Commission - Up to £20.8k pa Company Pension Working 5 days a week over Monday to Friday 10am-6pm (possibly 12-8pm in summer months) and/or Saturday 10am-6pm Key Responsibilities: Embrace door-to-door sales, engaging directly with residents, building rapport to raise awareness and generate sales. Manning sales stands at community events and attendance at other local events as and when required. Build knowledge of community activity and make recommendations for sales opportunities. Working with teammates on the same streets, ensuring support is always within sight to ensure your safety. What We’re Looking For: Experience in door-to-door sales is ideal, but a passion for selling and achieving sales goals is essential. Friendly and outgoing personality with excellent verbal communication skills. Strong customer focus, resilient, positive mindset with a proactive attitude to generate sales pipeline Strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy of information shared and data captured A full, clean UK driving license/car owner is essential Who Should Apply?
