The role: Maintain accurate sales and purchase ledgers. Complete daily bank reconciliations and record financial activity. Process card payments and manage disputed invoices with stakeholders. Raise purchase orders and support VAT return preparation. Assist the Financial Controller with management accounts and group reporting.Provide general administrative support across Training Plus and Access Plus. What will help you to excel in this role: Working knowledge of Sage packages is preferred. Proficient in the practical use of the Microsoft Office Suite, with a particular focus on Excel.
