Are you an experienced and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant looking for flexible work in the B32 area of Birmingham? I am seeking dedicated SEN specialists to support pupils with additional needs across our network of local primary schools.What We Offer: • Daily, short-term and long-term supply roles, • Opportunities to work 1:1 or in small groups supporting pupils with SEND, • Competitive daily rates of pay (starting from £88.92 and upwards depending on experience), • Relevant SEN experience (supporting pupils with ASD, ADHD, SEMH, speech and language needs, or other additional needs), • Specialist training (Team Teach, Makaton, PECS) is highly desirable, • Strong behaviour management and communication skills, • Flexibility and reliability, • Previous experience in Primary Schools (preferred), • Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one), • Enjoy the freedom and variety of supply work with no long-term commitments, • Opportunity to build connections with schools and secure longer-term roles
