We’re looking for a driven Sustainability Business Account Manager to join our commercial team. You’ll lead conversations with forward-thinking businesses, helping them unlock the value of ClearVue. Zero to support their sustainability goals. You’ll work with leaders to understand challenges and craft solutions that accelerate their net zero journey. This is a high-impact role for someone consultative by nature, commercially astute, and motivated by purpose and performance. What is the job about? As a Sustainability Business Account Manager, you will be responsible for engaging with new business contacts to provide expertise and assistance to companies of all sizes with their energy management and carbon reporting approach. You will be responsible for promoting sustainability practices and solutions to businesses at various stages of their Net Zero journey, ensuring alignment with their sustainability goals and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs. You will conduct in-depth consultations with clients to understand their carbon reporting requirements, energy monitoring and reduction plans and identify areas for improvement. This involves analysing current carbon and energy management plans, proposing strategies to enhance energy efficiency and reduce costs and carbon emissions. This position requires a blend of business acumen, sustainability knowledge, and a passion for sustainability to help our clients achieve their energy efficiency and environmental goals. What exactly will you do • Prospect for new business via various channels including outbound calling, networking as well responding to inbound sales enquiries., • Develop and maintain strong connections with business clients to gain an understanding of their sustainability objectives., • Conduct thorough assessments of clients' current sustainability practices., • Collaborate with clients to deliver tailored sustainability solutions that optimise energy efficiency and reduce environmental impact., • Lead the implementation of sustainable energy solutions, including energy-efficient technologies, and carbon reduction initiatives., • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution of projects., • Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and strategic partnerships., • Identify opportunities to expand sustainable energy services to existing clients, driving revenue growth while advancing environmental goals., • Successfully onboard new clients and, as the Account Manager, provide them with continuous support during their ClearVUE journey., • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, • Articulate and effective communicator, • Highly organised, pragmatic and, confident in your ability to ensure deadlines are achieved., • Good understanding of MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and CRM systems, • Bachelor's degree in Energy Management, Environmental Science, Business Administration, or any relevant field.
