Key Responsibilities • Coaching Delivery: Plan and deliver engaging sports sessions and PE lessons across a range of sports (e.g., football, basketball, cricket, netball, athletics)., • Child Development: Promote children's cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development, acting as a positive role model., • Safety & Compliance: Ensure all activities are delivered in a safe, controlled environment, adhering to safeguarding, health and safety, and curriculum policies., • Assessment & Feedback: Provide ongoing feedback and support to children to help them improve skills and performance, and potentially monitor and report on their progress., • Collaboration: Work effectively with other coaches, school staff, and the wider community to coordinate events and ensure smooth operations., • Administration: Complete necessary administrative duties, such as session tracking, attendance registers, and risk assessments., • Mentorship/Leadership (for senior roles): Opportunities exist to mentor other coaches and PE teachers, manage programmes, and take on operational leadership roles. Essential Skills and Requirements • A strong passion for sports and working with children., • Relevant sports coaching qualification (typically NGB Level 2 or higher)., • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills., • Ability to motivate and inspire participants of all abilities., • A valid driving license and access to a car is often essential due to the need to travel to various locations., • Willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check., • Commitment to professional development and ongoing training.

You will drive transformation across our stock, ensuring programmes of maintenance, improvement, and sustainability are planned and executed effectively, while always keeping tenants and communities at the heart of decision-making. You will inspire and lead your team, promoting a culture of high performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Engaging with colleagues, partners, and tenants, you will ensure their insights inform strategy and service delivery. Key Responsibilities • Develop, implement and oversee Red Kite’s Asset Management, Sustainability and Environmental Strategy in partnership with senior leadership., • Maintain up-to-date stock condition and thermal efficiency data, using it to inform investment planning and value-for-money decisions., • Plan and manage capital projects, planned maintenance, energy efficiency, regeneration and improvement programmes., • Lead on accessing external funding and grants to support energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives., • Ensure robust tenant engagement processes capture insight to shape service delivery and investment programmes., • Collaborate on budget management, procurement strategy and cost-effective delivery of works and services., • Produce reports, programmes and lessons learnt analyses from asset management data., • Provide emergency out-of-hours support on a rota basis when required., • Manage and develop team members, including assigning work, monitoring performance, conducting one-to-ones and implementing training.
