An exciting opportunity has arisen in our Abercynon maintenance depot for the appointment of two Senior Team Leaders (Construction). We are seeking candidates to lead a team undertaking various highway maintenance tasks, including drainage works, tarmac, kerbing, and paving. This physically demanding role requires a strong work ethic and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Experience in Highways Maintenance / Construction operations is essential, and you will preferably hold relevant qualifications or accredited training in highway maintenance. You must be flexible and available to meet the Council’s needs, including responding to emergencies and working overtime when necessary. This permanent position will be located at the Highways Department in Abercynon Depot.
