AV Rack Builder - I have new requirement for someone that can bring at least 5 years or rack building skills to the party. Candidates that have either worked building racks in the residential, corporate / commercial or the pro-audio broadcast arena will be considered. Due to the nature of the role you will need to be able to travel overseas to build racks on site as well as work in the companies AV rack workshop. If you have skills regarding test & commissioning of racks then please make this clear within your CV. You must be able to demonstrate exceptional hands on skills and be able to fully read wiring diagrams / schematics for the desired racks. Gas & Electrical Supervisor (Reactive Works) / Reactive Repairs Manager (Gas & Electrical) Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire (Site and Office Based) Salary £49,476.12 Per Annum Plus Benefits Permanent, Full Time 37 hours per week (Monday – Friday) Thrive Homes is looking for a Gas and Electrical Supervisor to deliver a high-quality gas and electrical service to Thrive Homes’ buildings and other client’s properties in accordance with Company plans and legislation. You will manage the THS Gas operatives and electrical team, ensuring that we deliver a cost effective and competitive repairs service on day-to-day gas, cyclical, electrical repairs, home servicing and any other building related projects. The postholder will be required to take part in the out‑of‑hours duty officer rota on a 1‑in‑6‑week basis. Other Responsibilities: * Manage the delivery of team objectives by actively encouraging good performance and productivity; promptly deal with poor or below standard performance or behaviours. * Set and manage objectives for the team and regularly review in line with business and strategic plans. * Actively encourage Continuous Professional Development. * Encourage team creativity and innovation and create an environment for this to develop. * Work in accordance with our policies & procedures relating to the delivery of building/building services maintenance works, ensuring they are in line with legal requirements & good practice. * Ensuring the team deliver Gas and Electrical works ensuring they are compliant. * Using reporting tools, manage functional budgets and monitor relevant KPIs putting solutions in place when they are falling below the target. * Provide out of hours support to Thrive Homes on a rotational basis. Requirements: * Must be qualified in either Gas or Electrical. * NIC/EIC for Electrical with minimum 18th Edition is required. * Substantial experience of either Gas or Electric is essential. * Experience of managing a repairs team. * Previous housing experience would be beneficial. Due to the nature of the role, you will hold a Full driving licence for use in the UK. About the Role We are seeking a driven, highly organised and commercially focused Stock and Enquiry Manager to oversee both vehicle inventory management and sales enquiry performance at Mercedes-Benz of Watford. This dual-responsibility role is pivotal in ensuring seamless alignment between vehicle availability and customer demand. You will manage all inbound sales enquiries while maintaining accurate, optimised stock levels to maximise conversion, profitability and customer satisfaction. The role requires strong leadership, attention to detail and the ability to perform in a fast-paced premium retail environment. Key Responsibilities Enquiry Management & Conversion Oversee all inbound and outbound sales enquiries across phone, email, website and third-party platforms. Ensure rapid response times and professional communication aligned with brand standards. Qualify and allocate leads effectively to the sales team. Implement structured follow-up processes to maximise appointment setting and conversion rates. Monitor enquiry KPIs including response time, show rate and sales performance. Stock Management & Optimisation Maintain accurate oversight of all new and used vehicle stock. Monitor stock status including ordered, in-transit, prepared, displayed and sold units. Compliance & Systems Ensure accurate CRM and DMS data management. Maintain compliance with FCA regulations, GDPR and internal policies.
