The Role\n As the Admissions Manager at Pattison School, you will be the guiding force in the admissions journey, from a family's first inquiry to their enrollment. Your goal is to ensure that every family enjoys a welcoming, timely, and supportive experience while fostering strong relationships within our local community. \n Your responsibilities will include: \n\n • Leading the full admissions process from initial inquiry through to enrollment.\n, • Providing families with a welcoming, professional, and supportive experience.\n, • Delivering engaging school tours, open days, and taster sessions that showcase our ethos and strengths.\n, • Maintaining accurate admissions records and managing digital admissions platforms and CRM systems.\n, • Monitoring admissions activity, conversion rates, and trends.\n, • Producing regular data reports to support forecasting and strategic planning.\n, • Building positive relationships with feeder nurseries, local schools, and community partners.\n, • Supporting families throughout the onboarding and transition process.\n, • Developing strong links with senior school admissions teams.\n, • Working closely with the Headteacher to support the school's community engagement strategy.\n, • Representing the school confidently and professionally to families and external stakeholders.\n, • Following safeguarding policies and procedures and reporting any concerns appropriately.\nEssential Experience & Skills\n\n, • Experience in admissions, a customer-facing role, or community engagement.\n, • Confidence in managing busy and time-sensitive processes.\n, • Experience using CRM systems and digital tools.\n, • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.\n, • Strong organization and attention to detail.\n, • Ability to analyze data and use it for planning.\n, • Strong time-management skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.\n, • A warm and professional approach, with the confidence to represent the school effectively.\n, • A genuine care for children and families.\n, • Integrity, discretion, and sound judgment.\n, • A positive, approachable, and solutions-focused attitude.\nDesirable Experience\n\n, • Previous experience in a school or educational environment.\n, • Experience supporting school admissions processes.\n, • Familiarity with iSAMS.\n, • Experience planning or delivering tours, open days, events, or taster sessions.\n, • Experience building relationships with schools, nurseries, or community organizations.\nBenefits\n\n, • Life Assurance\n, • Pension scheme with contribution options\n, • Your Wellbeing Matters: mental and physical health support\n, • Family Growth Support, including enhanced maternity and paternity leave\n, • Flexible benefits via Vista, including discounts, Cycle to Work, Electric Car Scheme, critical illness cover, and more\n\n We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
