Sous Chef – Busy Bistro, Cockfosters (North London) We are looking for a talented and passionate Sous Chef to join our friendly team at a busy neighbourhood bistro in Cockfosters, North London. Cockfosters is a well-established North London suburb with a vibrant local dining scene and excellent transport links. (Wikipedia) The Role As Sous Chef, you will work closely with the Head Chef to deliver high-quality, fresh food while maintaining excellent kitchen standards. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys leading a team, developing menus, and working in a fast-paced environment.
