Customer Success Manager – German Speaking 📍 Location: London (Hybrid – 3 days in office, 2 days remote) Are you fluent in German and looking to kick-start your career in customer success, sales, or account management? We are looking, on behalf of our client, for a motivated and communicative individual to join a growing team in London, helping our clients succeed in the fast-paced world of digital e-commerce. What You’ll Be Doing • Build and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of clients, acting as their main point of contact., • Support clients with onboarding, performance tracking, and day-to-day success., • Provide insights and recommendations to help clients grow their business., • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of solutions and services., • Analyse data and prepare simple performance reports to identify trends and opportunities., • Spot opportunities to add value or expand relationships. What We’re Looking For • Fluent or native-level German and excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)., • A recent graduate or early-career professional with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills., • A genuine interest in e-commerce, customer success, or account management., • Confident communicator who enjoys building relationships and helping clients achieve their goals., • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities., • Analytical mindset and comfort working with data to guide decisions.
