About the role As a Senior Business Analyst with expertise in Telecommunication domain. To lead and coordinate project planning and progress tracking activities, ensuring timely and accurate reporting. This role involves facilitating workshops to validate data, analysing current and future business processes, and driving stakeholder engagement to define and refine reporting requirements that support strategic decision-making. Shifts: Monday to Friday (37.5 hours) Telecommunication Background is Must Roles and Responsibilities: • Planning project activities and managing progress reporting, • Running workshops to ascertain accuracy of data from relevant teams, • Determining the present and future business processes, • Facilitating the discussion of reporting requirements among stakeholders and documenting requirements to provide data driven recommendations., • Gathering intelligence from managers and operational staff to bring the true business needs to light., • Gaining consensus of the real needs and map this to existing technology and tool support highlighting gaps and opportunities, • Analysis of data and how it can be used by the stakeholders., • Setting a shared vision and objectives and presenting findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders Other stuff we’re potentially looking for: • Must be able to work autonomously and be able to perform basic project management activity (plans, progress reporting, communications), • Business process mapping and process improvements (As-Is and To-Be), • Communications and stakeholder management, • Experience of system replacement projects where data migration and continuity of service is critical., • An excellent troubleshooting mentality with the ability to visualise a problem or situation and think abstractly to solve it., • Articulate in both verbal and written communication (to both technical and non-technical audiences), including the ability to produce clear documentation., • Ability to work well under pressure and to meet deadlines., • Flexible with the ability to change priorities quickly and the capacity to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, changing environment., • Ability to multitask, handle complex problems and conflicting messages to gain consensus., • Analytical thinking and problem solving., • Being detailed oriented whilst looking at the bigger picture and ensuring fit for purpose deliverables., • Experience in Power BI, Data Manipulation Techniques, Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Excel) What’s in it for you? – Our client loves to reward their people for doing a great job. • This is 16 Weeks (likely to extend), • This role provides a hybrid working access in Peterborough (Once in a Week) Next Steps Once you’ve applied, one of our friendly recruitment consultants will give you a call and talk you through the screening process.
