THE ROLE AT A GLANCE Location: Peterborough ⏰ Hours: 40 hours per week (including sleep-ins, weekends, and shifts) Salary: £36,629 per annum + up to £700 additional pay per month for sleep-in shifts Sleep-in Pay: Up to £700 per month (dependent on sleep-ins worked) ⏱ Shift Pattern: 1 day on, 2 days off rotation Overtime: Paid at time and a quarter (x1.25) once the minimum 40 hours are worked ⚠ Visa Sponsorship: This role is not eligible for UK skilled worker visa sponsorship. Experience in childcare or a related setting is preferred, and your knowledge and insight will directly shape the quality of care we provide.
