Purpose of the Role The Consultant (360) plays a central role in driving regional success by managing both client relationships and candidate placements. This is a fully integrated commercial and delivery role responsible for the end-to-end recruitment cycle - from developing new client opportunities to sourcing and placing compliant candidates into short term placements. Consultants operate as trusted regional partners, ensuring high-quality service delivery, account maintenance C growth and client satisfaction across their region. They are the key connection point between clients, candidates and operations ensuring the region meets its weekly hour and margin targets. Key Responsibilities Client Management & Relationship Building • Build and maintain strong working relationships with key client contacts (service managers, administrators, unit managers)., • Ensure all client communication is timely, professional and solutions focused. Business Development • Generate and follow up on leadsthrough local clientsadvertising for staff,candidate or client referrals and proactive outreach., • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and conversion status in CRM. Candidate Recruitment & Delivery • Work closely with the Resourcer to maintain a strong, ready-to-work candidate pool within the region, top this up as candidates exit the business., • Monitor candidate engagement and ensure a positive working experience throughout assignments, conducting regular check ins to maintain relationships. Commercial & Performance Management • Maintain profitability by managing pricing in line with regional targets., • Track performance metrics (hours delivered, fill rates, cancellations, client satisfaction)., • Contribute to achieving regional financial KPIs through consistent service delivery and upselling opportunities., • Maintain accurate and timely data in Staffscanner. Collaboration & Teamwork • Escalate client or candidate risks promptly to the Regional Manager., • Support regional initiatives and projects that improve client service, candidate recruitment efficiency or team operations., • Participate actively in team meetings, regional reviews and training sessions. Skills, Experience & Attributes Essential: • Experience in a recruitment, workforce, or service delivery environment (ideally care, health or regulated services)., • Proven ability to manage clients and deliver against commercial and service KPIs., • Strong relationship-building and communication skills., • Confident managing high-volume workloads and competing priorities., • Commercial awareness — ability to manage margins, pricing, and profitability., • Proficiency in recruitment systems and CRM tools., • Excellent organisational and time management skills. Desirable • Experience in healthcare or social care staffing., • Understanding of PVG/DBS and compliance processes., • Local market knowledge within assigned region., • Full driving licence for client visits.
