Thanks to our amazing teams, Dimensions Group has been accredited as a Great Place to Work for 2026 — our eighth consecutive year of recognition. • Two lovely ladies and a gentleman in their early 20s who share the home together., • They have autism, learning disabilities, visual impairments and the gentleman communicates via body language and sign language and needing a good understanding of routines and structures?, • They attend college, day services and work placements, and like a lot of young people, they love being out and about socialising with their friends, spending time on social media and going to the pub for food, • They also have loving and supportive families who they enjoy spending time with, • Living in their own homes is a big step for these young people so we are looking for patient, empathetic, and positive people to support them through this next important stage of their lives, • Day to day you will be supporting them to live their lives how they choose, to be themselves and to achieve their goals, • Support will include prompting with personal care, meal preparation, medication administration, budgeting, cooking, cleaning, and laundry, • Days, sleep ins - flexible to work a combination, • 3-11pm - Sleepover, • 7:30-930pm, • 2-10pm, • 8am-10pm, • 10-4pm on Weekends, • A competitive payrate with uplift for overtime you chose to work, • Flexible shift patterns to suit your needs, • 30 days paid Annual Leave (including public holidays - pro rata) • Supported 'Learn to Drive' scheme (up to 30 driving lessons, 1 theory/practical test - all paid for by us), • We offer a salary advance scheme where you can access up to 50% of the money you've earned before payday., • High Street Discounts - Retail and Entertainment (supermarkets, hospitality, pubs, cinema etc.), • Life Assurance and Company Pension, • Industry leading training, • Enhanced DBS paid for by us, • Gender is considered to be a genuine occupational requirement in accordance with paragraph 1 of Schedule 9 of the Equality Act 2010.
