Shipping, Purchasing & Finance Administrator \n\n(12-Month FTC – Maternity Cover)\n\nWembley\n£28,000 - £32,000 DOE\nImmediate Start Available\n\nA global business based in Wembley is looking for a Shipping, Purchasing & Finance Administrator to join their team on a 12-month fixed-term contract covering maternity leave.\n\nThis is a varied role split across shipping, purchasing and finance administration, making it ideal for an organised and detail-oriented administrator with experience handling import/export documentation and coordinating purchasing activities.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nPrepare and process shipping and import/export documentation.\nOrganise domestic and international shipments and track deliveries.\nEnsure compliance with shipping, VAT and import/export regulations.\nCreate and process purchase orders and maintain supplier records.\nMonitor inventory levels and support stock accuracy.\nLiaise with suppliers, freight forwarders and internal departments.\nSupport the Accounts team with invoicing and finance administration.\nUpdate and maintain CRM and ERP systems.\nProduce reports and maintain accurate records across all activities.\nCandidate Profile\n\nPrevious experience within shipping, purchasing, logistics or supply chain administration.\nWe are particularly interested in speaking with candidates who have experience preparing and managing shipping, import and export documentation.\nExperience using CRM and ERP systems is essential.\nExcellent organisational skills and attention to detail.\nStrong communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.\nAvailable to start immediately or at short notice.\nWhat's on Offer?\n\nSalary of £28,000 - £32,000 DOE.\n12-month maternity cover contract.\nImmediate start opportunity.\nVaried role within a successful global business.\nWhat You Need to Do Now:\n\nIf this sounds like the role for you, don’t wait - apply today with your up-to-date CV!\n\nIf it’s not quite right for you but you know someone perfect, refer them to us and receive a £100 voucher when they’re placed and pass their probation period (terms apply).
