Commission-only, uncapped earning — if we grow, you grow. The role Your job is simple: bring property owners and landlords into our management portfolio. You'll identify, approach, and sign up owners who want their properties professionally managed. The more properties you onboard, the more you earn — and because our fees recur, your income keeps building. How you're paid This is a revenue-share model. We charge our clients a management commission, and you'll take an agreed percentage of that for every property you bring on. Sign more, earn more — month after month. If we grow, you grow. High attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining exceptional cleaning and hygiene standards. Strong commercial awareness with the ability to drive sales and profitability. Confidence in dealing with customer enquiries and resolving complaints professionally. A positive attitude, strong work ethic and hands-on approach. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Accounts Assistant to join their friendly finance team. This role will have a strong focus on Sales Ledger, while also supporting the wider finance function including Purchase Ledger, payroll administration and month-end processes. Accounts Assistant Key Responsibilities: • Accounts Processing: Handle all aspects of day-to-day accounting, including purchase and sales ledger, bank reconciliations, and cash flow management., • Sage 50 Cloud Expertise: Utilise Sage 50 Cloud to manage and record transactions, run reports, and maintain accurate financial records., • Invoicing and Payments: Process sales and purchase invoices, track payments, and ensure accuracy in supplier and customer accounts., • VAT Returns: Prepare and submit VAT returns in compliance with HMRC requirements., • Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial statements and reports., • Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile bank accounts regularly and ensure accurate financial reporting., • Payroll Support: Provide support in payroll and related processes as required., • Project Support: Work closely with the project management team to track costs, ensure accurate project invoicing, and maintain up-to-date financial records for ongoing M&E projects., • Ad Hoc Financial Tasks: Assist with various other accounting and administrative duties as needed, including filing, reporting, and responding to accounts-related queries.
