Open to candidates with experience in project coordination, events, marketing, account management, or those who simply have outstanding organisational skills and a genuine interest in creators/influencers and social media. About Driven Talent: Driven Talent represents creators across the automotive space and niche industrial sectors, including construction and engineering. With over 30 exclusively represented creators and a wider network beyond that, we build meaningful and fair partnerships between influencers and brands. Our work changes the lives of our talent, while delivering a positive ROI for businesses. Though Driven Talent is only three years old, rapid growth means scaling the team is now our next big challenge. The Role: We’re looking for a Talent Assistant with a strong focus on coordination, project organisation, and communication. You’ll support campaigns and partnerships end-to-end: keeping track of deliverables, timelines and diaries, liaising with talent and brands, and making sure the details don’t get missed. You’ll be the organised backbone that keeps projects moving and people aligned. This is a junior role, reporting directly to the Talent Operations Manager and offers clear career progression opportunity as the business grows, via the operations route or potentially into talent management. Roles and Responsibilities: - Brand Deal Co-ordination: Track deliverables, timelines, briefs and approvals to ensure smooth delivery for both talent and brands. - Diary Management: Support diary scheduling for senior team members and creators, helping coordinate calls, meetings, shoot days and deadlines. - Talent Support: Help manage a roster of creators, coordinating schedules and supporting their involvement in brand partnerships. - Project Management: Oversee multiple projects at once, distilling agreements into clear steps with timelines, and keeping everything on track. - Travel Support: Help organise travel arrangements for creators when needed (events, shoots, trade shows, meetings), including logistics and scheduling. - Communication: Clear, confident messaging to stakeholders on both the talent and brand side, and internally. You’ll need to adapt your style depending on who you’re dealing with. - Documentation: Keep the internal CRM updated and accurate, so the team can work smarter, not harder. - Reporting: Help pull together campaign performance reports and post-campaign summaries to support renewals and keep brand/agency relationships strong. - Research: Research brands, contacts, trends and opportunities to support business growth. Key Attributes: - You “get” creators and social: You’re engaged with social media personally and have an understanding of influencer/creator marketing. You don’t need to be an expert, but you do need genuine interest and common sense around the space. - Organised & detail-oriented: Able to manage multiple moving parts with accuracy, delivering on time and maintaining standards. - Communication skills: Strong verbal and written communication for liaising between brands and talent, giving clear instructions and keeping things moving. - Adaptable: Happy to jump between tasks and support the wider team in a fast-paced environment. - Collaborative: A team player who’s keen to learn and get stuck in. - CRM proficiency: Experience with CRM systems (preferably HubSpot) is important, as you’ll manage deals, contacts and leads. - Technical proficiency: Confident with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams). Bonus points for Wordpress, Canva and Photoshop. - Mission-driven: You’re aligned with our mission of building fair, meaningful partnerships and showcasing the value of our creators. Whilst direct talent management experience isn’t required, it can be beneficial. Entry-level experience is welcomed if paired with strong organisational skills and a genuine interest in creators/influencers. The Details: This is a hybrid role, weighted towards working from home but with regular travel. We don’t yet have a permanent office as we’re transitioning from being fully-remote over the next 12 months, to align with team growth. You should be comfortable travelling, often to London where we have a shared workspace, for meetings, events and collaboration. The role may also require infrequent travel (once or twice per month) to attend trade shows for prospecting, talent/brand content shoots and in-person meetings. For this reason, having a UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is a must. Whilst working hours are typically 9-5, the role sometimes involves working around creators with day jobs, evening/weekend events, and international brand time zones. This isn’t a career for somebody who wants to fully switch their phone off at 5PM, but in return we offer great flexibility and understanding for a healthy work/life balance, which the whole team can attest to! The salary for this role will depend on experience, but will most likely fall within the range of £26,000-£30,000. Employees are entitled to 28 days' leave including bank holidays. Outside of contracted obligations, team members have enjoyed discretionary bonuses and extra leave, which will be formalised as the company continues to grow. Location: The business is based in Staffordshire. Applicants based in the UK are open to apply, on the understanding that travel and future office-based work is required. Why Driven Talent? We offer more than just a job. We offer a purpose: an opportunity to make a meaningful difference, as your contributions will directly impact the lives of our creators and the fairness of the influencer marketing industry. Our creators are more like our friends. We talk to most of them daily, we’re integrated into their lives, and this is a part of the job we enjoy the most. Driven Talent offers free mental health support to its talent and staff via a professional and qualified third-party service. You’ll have the opportunity to learn and grow in the creator and talent management industry, gaining hands-on experience in campaign co-ordination and brand partnerships. We empower our team with autonomy, provide opportunities for professional growth, and foster a flexible, supportive hybrid culture. If you’re passionate about shaping the future of influencer marketing and want to be part of a close-knit, dynamic, fast-moving company experiencing exponential growth, we’d love to hear from you.
