Digital Marketing Manager Salary - £50,000 - £55,000 We’re looking for an experienced Digital Marketing & Campaign Executive to lead and deliver high-performing digital campaigns that drive measurable lead generation. This is a hands-on role where you’ll plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns, manage tracking and analytics, and continuously improve website performance and conversion rates. You’ll be the key connector between marketing, design, digital platforms, and sales — ensuring every campaign launches successfully and delivers impact. Key Responsibilities • Campaign Strategy & Execution: Plan and manage end-to-end lead generation campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn. Build and optimize landing pages, brief designers/agencies, and monitor budgets for cost-effective results., • Tracking & Analytics: Own tracking setup via Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and pixels. Ensure GDPR compliance and accurate attribution to CRM. Analyze performance and provide actionable insights., • CRM & Lead Management: Set up campaigns in Salesforce, optimize lead scoring and routing, and build dashboards to track KPIs., • Website Optimization: Update and maintain the website with campaigns and product pages. Implement SEO best practices and optimize UX for conversions., • Collaboration & Reporting: Act as the interface between marketing, sales, and design teams. Report on ROI, lead quality, and conversion performance. What You’ll Bring • A data-driven marketer with 5–8 years of experience in digital marketing or campaign management., • Hands-on expertise with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and cookie consent tools., • Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM and website management (WordPress or similar CMS)., • Skilled in SEO, CRO, and delivering measurable lead generation results., • Tech-savvy, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities independently. This is hybrid role with the requirement to be in the office 2 days a week with some travel to London.
