    Responsibilities: • Carry out repairs across multiple properties: plumbing (leaks, taps, showers, toilets), electrical basics (lights, sockets, fans), carpentry (doors, cabinets, wardrobes), and general fixes (walls, tiles, blinds, furniture), • Attend to urgent issues quickly, especially around guest turnovers (e.g. no hot water, broken locks, leaks), • Carry out routine property checks between guest stays to catch and fix small issues before they escalate, • Fix furniture, fittings, and fixtures (dining chairs, wardrobes, cupboard hinges, shower screens, etc.), • Handle basic boiler/heating troubleshooting and liaise with contractors for bigger jobs, • Keep a record of completed and outstanding jobs across properties, • Occasionally assemble or install furniture and fittings Requirements: • Solid all-round maintenance/handyman experience (plumbing, electrics, carpentry), • Own tools and reliable transport, as work is spread across multiple properties in Liverpool, • Able to prioritise and manage your own schedule across various sites, • Good problem-solving skills and comfortable working independently, • Flexible and responsive, as some issues need same-day attention (especially around check-in/check-out) This is a great opportunity to join a growing hospitality business in Liverpool, working across a varied property portfolio with real ownership over property upkeep.
