Available Roles Cover Supervisors As a Cover Supervisor, you will take the lead in the classroom, delivering pre-prepared lessons in the absence of the class teacher. Key responsibilities include: • Supervising lessons across a range of subjects using pre-set materials, • Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies, • Keeping students engaged, focused, and on task, • Providing clear feedback to teaching staff on student progress and behaviour Teaching Assistants (SEN, SEMH & Alternative Provision) You will work in specialist settings supporting students with additional needs, including SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health), SEN, ASD, ADHD, and behavioural challenges. Key responsibilities include: • Providing 1:1 and small group support tailored to individual needs, • Supporting students with additional learning or behavioural needs, • Assisting teachers in delivering engaging and accessible lessons, • Implementing behaviour support strategies and individual learning plans, • Helping students build confidence, independence, and emotional regulation, • Monitoring progress and feeding back to staff Future Teachers – SKiP Programme (School-Based Teacher Training) This structured pathway is designed for graduates who want to become qualified teachers.
