Opportunities for career advancement and professional development What You’ll Do... * Schedule and track dock appointments for inbound/outbound shipments; check in drivers and coordinate with vendors to ensure timely deliveries. * Verify receiving paperwork, process receiving transactions, and enter counts during physical inventory. * Process outbound shipments, verify documentation, create required shipping/export documents, and process transfer orders to storage locations. * Assist in creating tools and tracking systems for performance metrics and reporting. * Identify ways to improve efficiency and workflow within warehouse administration. * Order and maintain supply inventories including uniforms, office supplies, and plant supply needs. * Assist with preparing documentation, creating forms, and ensuring warehouse personnel receive accurate and timely information. * Conduct training for administrative team members and assigned warehouse personnel. * Uphold all company policies and maintain expectations for people safety and food safety. Why You’ll Be Successful... * Strong oral and written communication skills * Ability to solve problems where processes are not fully standardized * Organizational strength and accuracy under tight deadlines * Ability to work effectively with a wide variety of people * High attention to detail and quality in documentation and processing What You Need...Education: * High School Diploma or GED required Experience: * 3+ years of experience in warehousing or transportation documentation/processing Technology Skills: * Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite knowledge * Experience with Oracle Fusion and dock scheduling tools (Bluejay, E2Open, etc.) * Familiarity with RF scanners Other Requirements: * Ability to read and interpret Orders, Bills of Lading, and Export Documents
