Job Description Job Title: Human Resources Coordinator Location: Phoenix, AZ – On-site Compensation: $20-26/ Hour Job Summary: The Human Resources Coordinator provides day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Human Resources function, ensuring consistent, compliant, and efficient HR service delivery across the organization. This role supports the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, HR systems administration, benefits coordination, and compliance support. The Human Resources Coordinator serves as a key point of contact for employee and manager inquiries and plays an important role in supporting a growing healthcare organization operating across post-acute and primary care environments. Key Responsibilities: • Employee Lifecycle and Onboarding Support, • Coordinate new hire onboarding activities, including orientation scheduling, employment documentation, and system access, • Ensure timely completion and tracking of all required employment forms, acknowledgements, and compliance documents, • Support employee status changes, including promotions, transfers, leaves of absence, and separations, • Assist with offboarding processes to ensure accurate final documentation and system update HR Administration and Records Management • Maintain accurate, current, and confidential employee records in HRIS and secure digital systems, • Process employee data changes related to job status, compensation, benefits, and personal information, • Assist with tracking attendance, leave requests, and time off in coordination with HR and payroll teams, • Support ongoing data integrity and documentation standards across HR systems Benefits and Payroll Support • Assist employees with benefit enrollment, eligibility questions, and general benefits inquiries, • Support annual open enrollment preparation and execution, • Partner with payroll to ensure employee data accuracy and timely payroll processing, • Assist with audits and reconciliations related to payroll and benefits data Compliance and Policy Support • Support maintenance and updates of HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook materials, • Assist with internal audits, regulatory reporting, and compliance documentation, • Ensure HR processes align with applicable employment laws and organizational standards Employee Relations and HR Operations Support • Serve as an initial point of contact for routine employee questions and HR related inquiries, • Support employee engagement initiatives, wellness programs, and internal HR events, • Assist with performance management processes, training coordination, and documentation tracking Reporting and General HR Support • Prepare HR reports, metrics, and documentation for leadership and internal stakeholders, • Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed, • Perform additional HR related duties consistent with the role and business needs Qualifications: Education and Experience • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred, • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion, • Proficiency in Microsoft Office with strong Excel skills, • Experience working with HRIS platforms and employee data systems, • HR certification, such as SHRM CP or PHR, • Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices, • Experience supporting payroll and benefits administration, • Experience working with Workday or similar HRIS platforms, • Healthcare industry experience preferredCompany DescriptionWe are committed to offering every individual, regardless of ability, the best life possible by challenging each individual to become an independent and overall healthy community memberWe are committed to offering every individual, regardless of ability, the best life possible by challenging each individual to become an independent and overall healthy community member
