Job DescriptionDescription: • Lead and supervise front-line production team members during assigned shift., • Drive quality, efficiency, yield, and production targets., • Coach, train, and develop team members and shift leaders., • Manage performance, disciplinary actions, hiring, and terminations., • Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, empowerment, and retention aligned with Epi Breads values., • Spend approximately 80% of time on the production floor providing hands-on leadership., • Ensure compliance with GMPs, safety policies, food defense standards, and HACCP guidelines., • Collaborate cross-functionally (scheduling, sales, plant leadership) to meet customer shipment deadlines., • Identify and implement continuous improvement and waste reduction initiatives., • Maintain accurate daily production documentation.Requirements:, • Minimum 5 years of manufacturing experience; bakery experience preferred., • Proven leadership experience supervising production teams., • Strong communication skills (English required; Spanish preferred)., • Results-driven with strong problem-solving abilities., • Knowledge of HACCP, GMPs, food safety, and safety compliance., • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel required); Adage knowledge a plus., • Strong knowledge of product quality, packaging specifications, and production equipment., • Ability to work long hours, weekends, and in a factory environment (heat, machinery, flour dust)., • Physically able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs., • High School diploma/GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
