The Property Manager oversees the overall management of the properties to increase the value of assigned properties by creating and implementing a comprehensive management plan. Job Duties:•The Rental Sales Representative will be responsible for growing relationships with new and existing customers within an assigned geographic territory. •Will be responsible for attaining a satisfactory sales volume and gross profit margin.•Develop and organize strategies for achieving goals and exceeding quota in rentals and sales of equipment. •Identify customers’ needs along with having the ability to think creatively to provide smart solutions to customers.•Explain the products and options available. •Assign the Repairs and Service Forklift Rentals•Carry out additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by the General Manager due to operational needs. •40+ hours per week.Skills and Specifications•2+ years’ experience in Management•2+ years’ experience in sales. •Prospect and develop new customers.•Ability to grow new and existing rental customers. •Team oriented - Work with inside sales to secure customers rental needs.•Manage customers AR account. •Possessing excellent written and verbal communication skills• Must be a self-motivated and a driven individual. •Computer literacyPAY: $15.00/Hr + 10 % commissionBENEFITS: Health, Dental, Vision, Life, etc.40 hours vacation48 hors Sick6 Paid Holidays Compensation details: 55000-150000 Yearly Salary PIda4d64b35400-25405-39381296
