As JOE & THE JUICE continues its rapid expansion across the United States, we are seeking a strategic and commercially minded Regional People Business Partner to support 50-60 stores across our West Coast markets (CA, WA, TX, IL) and serve as the primary People partner to Operations leadership. Reporting directly to the Sr. Human Resources Manager, this individual will serve as a trusted advisor to District Managers, Market Managers, and Regional Operations leaders while helping build scalable people practices that support the continued growth of the U.S. business. This position represents an opportunity to influence business performance through people strategy while helping shape the future of one of the fastest-growing food and beverage brands in the industry. Job Summary The NSO Manager leads the planning and execution of new store openings across the U.S. This is a newly created role critical to scaling Joe's footprint with excellence, speed, and consistency.
