Responsibilities: • Manage all aspects of accounting operations, including general ledger maintenance, accounts payable and receivable, fixed assets, and tax filings., • Prepare and analyze consolidated financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance., • Lead month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries and account reconciliations., • Conduct bank reconciliations and monitor work-in-progress (WIP) accounts., • Provide insights and support for financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities., • Mentor and guide accounting staff to enhance team performance and efficiency., • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to streamline operations., • Ensure compliance with audit requirements and organizational policies., • Maintain and oversee accounting systems to ensure data integrity and reliability., • Collaborate with management to support strategic financial initiatives., • Proven experience in full-cycle accounting operations, including month-end close and general ledger management., • Strong knowledge of journal entries, account reconciliations, and bank reconciliations., • Expertise in managing work-in-progress (WIP) accounting is required., • Familiarity with preparing consolidated financial statements and handling tax filings., • Proficiency in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes., • Ability to mentor and develop accounting staff effectively., • Excellent analytical skills with a focus on process improvement., • CPA Required
